RETURN POLICY
RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ATMOSPHERIC WATER GENERATORS
Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of Aqua Vitale atmospheric water generators, the following return conditions apply to all machine purchases.
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Troubleshooting & Replacement Policy
In the event of a technical issue or error code, Aqua Vitale reserves the right to first offer:
• Technical troubleshooting assistance
• Replacement parts
• Local technician assistance
• A replacement machine
If the customer declines reasonable troubleshooting assistance or replacement options and instead chooses to return the unit for a refund, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping, freight, packaging, handling, insurance, customs fees (if applicable), and related transportation costs.
Original Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
All original shipping, freight, customs clearance, delivery, white-glove delivery, liftgate, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer-Arranged Return Shipping
Due to the size and weight of the machine, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return transportation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must:
• Properly package and secure the unit
• Use insured shipping services
• Retain tracking information
• Ensure safe transportation back to Aqua Vitale
Aqua Vitale is not responsible for damage caused during return transportation arranged by the customer.
Inspection Period
Refunds are processed only after the returned unit has been received, inspected, and tested by Aqua Vitale.
Inspection and processing may take up to 30 business days from the date the returned machine is received.
Restocking & Condition-Based Deductions
Returned machines may be subject to:
• Restocking fees
• Open-box depreciation deductions
• Cleaning and sanitization fees
• Replacement filter costs
• Repair costs for damage or misuse
• Missing accessories or packaging deductions
Any deductions will depend on the condition of the returned unit upon inspection.
Used Filters & Water Exposure
Because atmospheric water generators involve water production, filtration systems, and internal tanks, machines that have been used may require:
• Full sanitization
• Filter replacement
• Internal cleaning
• Functional testing before resale
These service costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Damage During Returns
Customers are responsible for ensuring the machine is packaged securely for return shipment. Any damage occurring during return transit may reduce or void eligibility for a refund depending on the severity of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Replacement filters
• Water filters opened or installed
• Accessories damaged by misuse
• Customized or special-order units
• Commercially installed systems
By purchasing from Aqua Vitale, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these return conditions.
